Who We Are
Paul McFaul is the proud owner and head chef of South Island lunchbox. He moved to the island from Toronto with his family in 2020. Before the food truck opened, Paul worked as a letter carrier with Canada Post for 20 years.
Paul has a passion for good, quality food. He cares about what he serves and always wants what's best for those he's serving.
Community
Moving from the big city of Toronto to the small town of Sooke on Vancouver Island, we've found that building community is essential for any business.
